Renovation

Renovation (also called remodeling) is the process of improving a broken, damaged, or outdated structure. Renovations are typically either commercial or residential.
-Renovating means making improvements on an existing building or home. Repainting. Refacing cabinets. Installing new light fixtures.
-Renovation refers to the process of improving or modernizing an old, damaged, or defective building.
